Training our Digital Boosters is essential for us. Once a week, Elaniin’s team leaders make “Booster Sessions”, a program that helps the rest of the team to learn specific skills to improve performance in their current roles.
Work from home
We like to encourage our Digital Boosters to work in the most comfortable way, place and time. This means that they get to work from home once or twice a week. The Marketing Agency currently have one day per week to work from home and the Software Development Department, gets two. We are also incorporating new people to our team who work 100% from their countries.
Training and development
We focus on employee growth and future performance. That’s why all of our team members take training programs, online courses and other types of certifications to help improve their skills. We encourage them to buy e-books, take courses from: Udemy, Platzi, Domestika and Udacity. In addition, we offer accommodating schedules so they can still pursue a degree or other studies.
Work hard, Party harder
We love to mix work with fun. We celebrate birthday parties, give away movie tickets to our team and give an extra day of paid vacation. We encourage our team to recharge their batteries!
We love traveling
We gain a lot of inspiration by travelling. We have financed trips to tech events and conferences. Our Digital Boosters have visited different cities through the years: San Francisco, Boston, Panama City, San Jose Costa Rica, Guatemala and Madrid.
In our HQ we have unlimited food and drinks for the Digital Boosters. Snacks make them unstoppable!
